Responsibilities
As an ICA Engineering Manager, you'll be working within the Utilities alongside our Infrastructure team to provide expertise on resilience and upgrade projects at our Mogden wastewater treatment works site. Supporting them with SCADA, Instrumentation, Control & Automation expertise.
Your day to day will include:
· Establishing client requirements and delivering engineering design solutions.
· Engaging with the Supply Chain to provide accurate and innovative proposals and supporting the contractor procurement process.
· Applying technical judgment and resourcefulness to investigations, feasibility studies, concept and scheme designs, detailed design, and construction support phase of projects.
· Providing support to contractors within the discipline as well as ensuring company standards in health & safety, environmental and quality are being met by the supply chain.
· Cooperate and coordinate with all stakeholders including the client-side, internal and supply chain to ensure the project outcomes are achieved.
What are we looking for?
This role of ICA Engineering Manager is great for you if:
· HNC qualification in Control Engineering or similar
· Experience in ICA Engineering and SCADA Installations on capital projects
· Background within a similar process orientated environment and the challenges that are associated with them such as ATEX hazardous areas and intrinsically safe circuits
