Enterprise Solutions- ICt Project Manager
Everton Stadium - Liverpool
The Everton project requires a Project Manager to head the ICt Active Network Infrastructure installation, wireless and subsequent IP systems. This will require someone with a very methodical approach who has previous experience in installing ICt Networks, the management, administration and problem solving to ensure all systems sitting on the Network are managed and recorded. This role will be critical in ensuring the network is fully available for all systems to be commissioned in readiness for successful project handover. Working with all parties who require ICt network access will be key, so the right candidate will very much be a key team player with meticulous record keeping who can guide others and ensure compliance - attention to detail is a must.

What are the key responsibilities?
- To provide effective management of the Enterprise Solutions ICt Project - particularly around project delivery, guide, quality and successful handover.
- To always plan ahead and be aware of looming problems and be ready with the solution before it happens. Realise the affect that all decisions will have on the job and the company. Must always ensure that adequate resource is available to complete tasks.
- Always know the current situation, i.e. profit, cash, safety, quality, progress and timeframe.
- Be able to communicate and express views upwards, downwards and with the client. Hold regular meetings or discussion with all staff - operatives. Must be able to negotiate with staff, sub-contractors and clients
- Must command respect of all staff, operatives and sub-contractors and lead from the front and by example. Must always ensure that all operatives are under constant review and development
- Displaying ways of improving profitability without affecting quality, within own field of operation and customer advancement, i.e. future work
- Producing work method statements, risk assessments and all types of project reports
- Produce value engineering recommendations to improve performance/productivity, whilst always ensuring specifications and employer's requirements are fully met.
- Must be flexible in attitude and accept and implement new techniques and fresh challenges.
- To establish the necessary tools and processes that enhances and promotes exemplar delivery.
- To ensure compliance with the controls in place for monitoring, reporting, and improving performance.
Technical Skills Required:
- Able to demonstrate effective client relationship skills and the ability to enhance the business
- Able to demonstrate successful project delivery with experience in previous roles
- Ability to interpret commercial information
- Ability to analyse and evaluate business data and report effectively to the Enterprise Solutions Leadership team.
- Working Knowledge of current H&S Legislation, IT Standards e.g. TIA/EIA, ISO, BSEN
- Recognised Technical / Professional qualification e.g. BICSI, C+G, HND,HNC, Prince 2
- Will ideally have a network qualification such as Cisco CCNA along with manufacturer's accreditation courses.
- Full understanding of the engineering requirements and risk mitigation around the installation and support of Extra Low Voltage Systems.
