The Safe and Together model comprises a suite of tools and resources which have had significant international success in changing Children's Social Care professionals' responses to domestic abuse, increasing the number of children who remain safely with their non-abusive parent and decreasing the high re-referral rate.

Respect are a proud Safe and Together partner agency and for the past two years, have been delivering the model in partnership with the London Boroughs of Waltham Forest and Hackney.
Thanks to Home Office funding, we are now expanding our work in this area and recruiting 3 x Safe and Together Implementation Leads to introduce and embed the model in 8 further London boroughs (to be confirmed) in the Greater London area.
We are looking for motivated individuals with a commitment to improving the response to domestic abuse and achieving better outcomes for children. The postholders will support the implementation and delivery of Safe and Together across a number of boroughs and receive training and support in the Safe and Together model and approach including Overview and CORE trainings.
Job location: Postholders will carry out their role in various locations (TBC) across Greater London 4 days per week, and work from home 1 day per week, with travel to Respect offices and/or other locations as required.
Salary: £42,771.50 - £44,732.87 (points 42-44 on Respect's pay scale, related to the NJC scale) including Inner London Weighting where relevant; plus 6% pension contribution.
Hours: Full-time 35 hours per week
Contract: Funding confirmed until July 2022 and with a desire to extend this, based on securing additional funding. Secondments will be considered.
