Job Title : Logistics Implementation Manager

Location : Northampton

Salary : £45-50,000

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all operations within your area of responsibility, ensuring full compliance with quality, HSSE standards, and contractual SLAs.

Monitor KPIs and operational performance, providing clear reporting and updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

Proactively identify potential risks, discrepancies, or service issues, driving swift resolution to maintain client satisfaction.

Deliver strong daily operational performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service standards.

Lead, coach, and develop the team to foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

Ensure cost-effective operations, contributing to margin improvement and profitability goals.

Continuously review and refine team structures and processes to adapt to the fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Candidate Profile

Solid background in logistics management, ideally in a multi-client and process-driven environment.

Proficiency with SAP or a comparable ERP system in a warehouse or supply chain setting.

Strong leadership capabilities, with proven experience in motivating and developing teams to deliver outstanding results.

Strong analytical skills, with expertise in KPI monitoring, operational reporting, and cost optimisation.

Confident communicator, skilled at working with clients, carriers, and internal teams, and experienced in managing escalations effectively.

Highly organised, with excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
