Company Overview: We are a leading provider of industrial refrigeration solutions across the UK, serving sectors including food and beverage, manufacturing, cold storage, and logistics. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Industrial Refrigeration Engineer with strong ammonia (NH?) experience to join our team covering the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities: Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems, including ammonia-based systems.

Diagnose and repair system faults efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.

Conduct regular inspections and PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) in line with F-Gas and Health & Safety regulations.

Work with clients to provide excellent technical support and customer service.

Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

Participate in a shared on-call rota for emergency callouts.

Requirements: Essential:

Proven experience in industrial refrigeration, including ammonia (NH?) systems.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., City & Guilds 2079 (F-Gas), Ammonia Safe Handling).

Full UK driving licence.

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Desirable:

Knowledge of CO? and other natural refrigerants.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.

Experience with controls and PLC systems.
