Exciting opportunity to work with a market leading industrial refrigeration contactor in their thriving service division.

The ideal candidate will have direct field service experience on a variety of equipment such as Cooling Towers, Chillers, Condensers, Evaporators, Compressors, Cascading or Absorption systems, and industrial refrigerants, such as Ammonia, CO2, Propane, Glycol.


Work for a fast-expanding service provider that is plowing its resources into large, hyper-growth industries across the states. Earn an excellent OTE through uncapped overtime while training on technical machinery and learning new techniques and skills daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve issues causing breakdowns in industrial refrigeration equipment.
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment components as necessary.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance and inspections as outlined in maintenance agreements, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Service Coordinator to clarify assigned tasks and assist in scheduling inspections based on factors such as location, labor requirements, priorities, customer coordination, and material pickups.

Background Required:

  • Proven experience in the industrial refrigeration sector (2 - 5 years)
  • Specialized knowledge of evaporative condensers, large-scale control systems, intricate conventional electrical controls, and refrigeration systems such as ammonia, cascade, and rack systems. Capability to rebuild commercial/industrial compressors.
  • EPA-approved CFC certification, along with RETA Course I and II certifications.
  • Familiarity with current safety standards from the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR), Refrigeration Engineers and Technicians Association (RETA), and OSHA.
