Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities
As an Information and Security Coordinator, you will be supporting the business by helping administrate the project common data environment (CDE) and coordinate the project information security process.
Your day to day will include:
- Help manage the CDE for the lifecycle of the project and in line with Kier procedures and standards
- Administer & record the project's information security process, including working with supply chain partners to ensure security compliance
- Validation and checking of all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE including receipt, classification, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval
- Act as a point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors
This role of Information and Security Coordinator is great for you if you:
- Competent with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel
- Experience of working with large volumes of data and information from various sources.
- Have interest in project delivery processes and project administration
