We're looking for an Information Coordinator to join our Kier Construction team, with agile and part time working available. Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting projects, progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications and even more.

Key Responsibilities

As an Information Coordinator, you'll be working within the Kier Construction team, managing the electronic document management systems and supporting the Project teams to ensure information management is aligned to industry standards.

Your day to day will include:

  • Being responsible for ensuring the electronic document management system (EDMS) is configured to the principals of the common data environment (CDE) as described in BS 1192:2007 or ISO 1965

  • Contributing to the creation and implementation of document management protocols and escalating overdue/outstanding documentation with relevant project stakeholders, following up overdue documentation from Consultants and Supply Chain

  • Supporting project leads by providing system reports to identify incoming and outgoing project documentation, requests for information (RFIs), commenting and transmittals, while ensuring projects are archived appropriately with user permissions controlled and removed as required

  • On occasion and where required, performing uploading duties on behalf of a third party


Who are we looking for?

This role of Information Coordinator is great for you if you have:

  • Experience with using electronic document management systems

  • Experience with using the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Teams

  • Awareness of BS 1192:2007 and/or ISO 19650
