We are looking to recruit an Infrastructure / Civils Project Manager with 10 years experience to join an expanding design and build construction company based out of Reigate. Preferably we would like the candidate to have a HNC or higher qualification.
Buildservices .co.uk (South East) Limited are a multi million pound turnover company that continues to grow every year. We carryout residential, commercial and refurbishment projects all over the country, although the vast majority of work is in the South of England.
The individual will be expected to work away from home for 2 to 3 days a week visiting sites all over the South of England. A works vehicle will be provided for travel purposes and hotel accomodation will be arranged for all overnight stays.
The individual must have experience in groundworks, brickwork and utilites. Knowledge on using standard construction IT software is essential. They must be able to demonstrate good commercial awareness, and be able to co-ordinate works over multiple projects.
The candidate will be expected to chair meetings with Clients, Contractors and Utility Providers. They will be checking compliance with contract documents and helping to problem solve site issues.
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
