Infrastructure Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) required for a Tier One Project Management Consultancy - 15000+ staff with over 100 offices, globally. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) will be working on multiple projects on a long term Utilities Framework in Reading. Infrastructure experience as a Quantity Surveyor (SQS) across Highways, Rail, Water, Mechanical, Electrical, Bridges, Tunnels, Concrete or Civils. Managing and mentor Quantity Surveyors and Assistant QS's.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Commercial and Financial Reporting Information
- Ensure compliance with the clients standards and procedures in respect of Commercial activities
- Prepare and Manage Subcontractors, Suppliers and material procurement schedules
- Be responsible for negotiation with contractors and suppliers with a view to agree final accounts
- Control all project documentation
- Be responsible for the management and recording of changes
