Job Title: Installation Manager
Location: Projects Along M11 Corridor
Sector: Portable Buildings
Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 + Van & Package

A tightly knit and highly successful team have an opening for an Installation Manager to work alongside them as they continue to build on an impressive expansion plan. Following a buy out in 2015, this business has TRIPLED its turnover and continues to establish itself as the leading provider of quality temporary build solutions in the South East.
Structure, investment and working culture are some of the key areas this employer has identified to drive its growth plans. You can expect to be fundamental to this success as an Installation Manager. Running anywhere from 3-6 live projects at any one time from installation through to fit out and hand over. As the go to leader on each install you will have responsibility for RAMS, lift plans and sub-contractor management.
The Role:
- Managing the installation and fit out of temporary building projects
- Working along the M11 / M25 Corridor
- Creating RAMS, Lift Plans
- Over-seeing fit out crews after install
- Keeping Head Office notified of progress, changes and challenges on all projects
- Candidates are required to hold a CPCS Appointed Person for Lifting
The Package:
- Salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Company Van Provided
- 20 days holiday + statutory holidays (rising to 25 days with longer service)
- Auto enrolment pension
