Hours 08:00-16:30 (1-hour lunch)

Salary: £18,000.00 to £24,000.00 depending on experience

An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, diligent and responsive candidate to join our clients long established, family run business as an Insurance Administrator within the Insurance repairs department. You will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative tasks to a high standard. These include but are not limited to answering general enquires, taking incoming phone calls, inputting data on various systems, dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail, ordering materials, taking receipt of excess payments and assisting the team with overflow work. You must be able to competently work under pressure and be able to meet KPI deadlines without fail.

Key Skills

MS Office (Intermediate Excel)

Excellent numeracy skills are essential

Good organisation and interpersonal skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ideally you will have experience working within construction or the insurance repair industry, but this is not essential

Profile

You will be polished, profession and with warm and approachable nature

Able to work in a demanding environment with high standards and tight deadlines

Excellent interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels

Ability to using initiative and plan ahead with a 'can do attitude and a team spirit with a sense of humour.
