Interim Financial Controller - Hybrid West Midlands / London - Circa £1000-£1250 per day inside IR35
I have an immediate requirement for a candidate to join a FTSE100 business as Interim Financial Controller reporting to the Group Financial Controller. The purpose of the role is to provide challenge and direction to drive performance targets and hold the business to account on efficiency commitments.
The successful candidate with work with the business leaders, business partners and finance stakeholders to provide challenge, insight and analysis to ensure that business performance is understood. You will lead the delivery of the consolidated divisional reporting, forecasting, strategic business planning as well as own the relationship with the audit partner.
The organisation is progressing through a period of significant transformation, so it is imperative that you have delivered within a heavy change environment with the ability to support and drive against strategic finance priorities and deliver leadership to the overall programme of business change.
The Interim Financial Controller will lead the delivery of consolidated group, management, statutory financial accounts, annual plans and strategic planning to meet all internal and external deadlines. The continued delivery of strong and rigorous financial control and associated compliance will be required on an ongoing basis.
