* Deliver the planned engineering project / capex improvement works.
* Upstream process alignment - design, production orders and material flow to support ramp up.
* Downstream process alignment - working with various divisions to improve flow of production.
* Willing and able to roll your sleeves up and get involved at the shop floor level.
* High influencing skills, capable of working alone as well as being an integral part of the management team.
* Results driven, a character to get the job done (high pace, complexity and pressure environment)
* Smart enough to quickly get your head around what is being built and what needs to be delivered.
