Interior Architect Job in Surrey

My client is seeking an Interior Architect to join their team based in Surrey, assisting with a wide range of high-end residential projects across the UK. The role is focused on interior architecture and design specification, my client is open to considering an interior architect of any level (junior to senior).

With projects across the UK and internationally, they have a diverse portfolio of projects with both private clients and developers. Due to a growing pipeline of work, they're now looking for an interior architect to join their team on a full-time permanent basis working from their studio in Surrey. They're a close-knit team of 15 that are well-positioned within the industry, focused on delivering luxury new-build homes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients/team members to understand the project brief
  • Concept design/imagery
  • FF&E specification and selection (typically hard furnishings)
  • Client presentations
  • Creation of full technical packages
  • Joinery detailing

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ideally, degree qualified in interior design or similar
  • 2+ years in a similar role within the high-end residential sector
  • Competent AutoCAD user and able to produce technical packages independently
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle

What you get back

  • Salary of up to £45,000
