Mid-Weight Interior Designer Job in London

New requirement for a Mid-Weight Interior Designer job with a workplace design and build firm in SE London! As the Mid-Weight Interior Designer, you will be involved in all and assist with all stages of the design life cycle with a particular focus on help design and deliver successful project pitches!

Specialising in projects up to 20,000sqft, our client caters to the needs of a variety of businesses, from start-ups through to well-established firms looking to revitalise their workspace. The business has been recognised for their exceptional approach to managing clients and understanding their needs, with this role they're looking for someone who shares that same level of care and attention and has a proven background in winning new business and successful pitching.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with all stages of design, from concept to completion
  • Development of client presentations/pitches
  • Assist the senior designers with concept design and development
  • Liaise with clients and management of relationships throughout the design process
  • Creation and development of technical drawing packages
  • FF&E selection and specification
  • Site visits

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in workplace/commercial design, covering all stages of design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and MS Office
  • Client-facing experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • Able to work from the office daily (SE London)
