Interior Designer Job in Shoreditch, London

Interior Designer Job with a design practice in London, working across architecture, interior design, and strategy with many project types in the UK and overseas. This role will see you involved in a wide range of commercial projects, you will have the ability to work on projects at various stages, to build your experience within a busy and growing practice.

Currently a team of 45, this AJ100 practice competes against the big names within the industry and has won numerous awards across the years. Projects range across all sizes and values, with a portfolio of work covering Europe, the Middle East, and other international schemes. Due to the continued expansion of their portfolio, they are now looking to hire an experienced Interior Designer with a background in the commercial/workplace sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of interior design, particularly concept designs and detail design stages
  • Work with the wider team on FF&E, mood boards, and selections
  • Produce technical drawings and packages - 2D and 3D
  • Liaise with internal teams to understand client requirements and project specifications
  • Work with the wider team on administration tasks

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years' industry experience in commercial/workplace
  • Degree qualified in interior design, interior architecture, or similar
  • SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and Revit also highly desirable
  • FF&E experience
