Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator

£35k + 8% bonus (£2,800)

Car allowance £4,800

Immediate start client would consider Temp to Perm

M&E recruitment coordinator required for a national M&E company; candidates must have industry knowledge along with recruitment experience.

Our client will consider strong contract support administrators that have dealt with site recruitment for engineers.

Use social media, networking and, marketing techniques in order to attract talent into the business

Work towards the above targets that relate to the number of candidates placed, commercial effectiveness;

Build relationships with internal and external clients

Serve existing clients, identify their needs and be proactive in successfully filling jobs

Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines;

Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers;

Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work;

Use candidate databases to find the right person for the client's vacancy;

Receive and review applications, attend and manage interviews, create a shortlist of candidates;

Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;

Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;

Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;

Organise interviews for candidates as requested by the client;

Inform candidates about the results of their interviews;

Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalise arrangements between client and candidates;

Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression;

Co-ordinate and manage successful candidates from start to offer / on-boarding

Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

The knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience relevant to the position are:

Proven experience in the Facilities / Mobile environment

Proven experience in Recruitment.

Proven experience in efficient administration.

Excellent communication skills

A desire to learn and improve at all times

Advanced MS office

Good level of computer literacy and experience in business management systems.

Good knowledge of Microsoft software packages.

Good eye for detail and work with a high degree of accuracy.

Friendly helpful disposition and open communicator.

Experience identifying new clients and maintaining relations with existing clients

Self-motivated and Enthusiastic

Strong interpersonal skills

Previous experience using Recruitment software (i.e. Voyager, I-Trent)

Direct sales experience in a target driven environment
