A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join a market leading independent Timber Merchant Group with over 10 locations and who are looking to strengthen their internal sales team through the appointment of an internal sales executive.
Working with a very well-established family owned company with over 90 years of experience within the timber industry, you will be promoting the company's products and services, selling a variety of timber-based products including Hardwood, Softwoods and panel products to manufacturers or end user clients.
As an Internal Sales Executive you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to customers, building relationships, gaining a clear understanding of customers' requirements whilst effectively liaising with the Sales Manager to generate profitable revenue for the business.
You will be responsible for a combination of managing and maximising revenue from existing accounts as well as researching a developing new income streams for the business.
About you:
Previous experience of sales within a timber merchant or builder's merchant environment
Strong communication skills
Experience using internal CRM systems
Confident and outgoing individual
Strong organisation skills
