Experienced Site Manager (internals) with SMSTS needed ASAP to work on a Student Accommodation project in Sheffield City Centre.

The Company:
The company are a building and construction firm who specialise in new build residential projects and student accommodation.

The Opportunity:
As a Site Manager for the firm, you will be based on their current project in the centre of Sheffield, on a freelance basis. Candidates will be required to have a valid SMSTS, CSCS card, and previous experience overseeing the internal aspects of projects. The duties & responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to, the following:

Managing the internals on a student accommodation project - overseeing various trades, including:

  • Dry Liners
  • M&E
  • Fire Stoppers
  • Floor Layers
  • Joiners etc.

The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:
The company is looking for an experienced Internals Manager/ Supervisor who has a valid SMSTS & CSCS. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:

  • MUST have SMSTS
  • MUST have CSCS
  • MUST have Internals experience
  • PREFERRED to have residential/ student property experience
  • MUST have ability to get to Sheffield City Centre
  • MUST have working reference
  • MUST have the right to work in the UK

Pay:

Freelance: Between £230 and £270 a day dependent upon experience (negotiable)
