Working Hours: 07:30 - 17:00
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Internal Managers to join our clients team for a Student Accommodation development project in Birmingham. The ideal candidates will have a strong preference for finishing work and be ready to commence on the 2nd of September for a period of approximately 12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the internal finishing of the student accommodation development.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within the project timeline.
- Coordinate with various teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress using Fieldview.
Requirements:
- Must be computer literate and proficient in using Fieldview.
- SMSTS
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Please Note: Candidates who are not proficient in using Fieldview will not be considered, as no training will be provided.
