Dove & Hawk are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious FTSE 100 developer, seeking a highly motivated and dynamic International Sales Consultant to drive property sales across the Asian market.

This role will involve managing sales across developments in London, travelling 6-months of the year to offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, and Shenzhen, collaborating with the team in each office, and developing relationships with third-party agents to achieve both direct and agent-led sales.



Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Targets:
  • Achieve and exceed profitable sales targets across 10 live developments in London in accordance with business forecasts and budgets.
  • Maximise property values by excelling in selling skills and market knowledge.
  • Customer and Agent Relationships:
  • Build and maintain rewarding relationships with customers, third-party agents, and the overseas offices via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communications.
  • Conduct agent briefings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Business Development and Networking:
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish agency agreements with international agents.
  • Represent the brand at sports events, conferences, company functions, and overseas exhibitions.
  • Attend planned overseas events to expand the international client base and ensure business objectives are met.
  • Sales Office Management:
  • Manage the sales office, show homes, and facilities to deliver world-class customer experiences.
  • Ensure all sales processes and reporting adhere to company procedures and compliance standards.
  • Market Research and Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, client preferences, and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the Head of International Sales to develop and implement the international sales strategy.

    Key Requirements
    • Language Skills:
    • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years in a customer-facing sales role, ideally within property sales or the luxury real estate market.
  • Experience working on residential schemes is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Comfortable creating and presenting updates and briefings, including camera-facing presentations where necessary.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Passionate about real estate with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to different working environments.
  • Excellent team player with strong work ethics and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility:
  • Willingness to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays, as required.
  • Availability for international travel for 6-months of the year. This will not be at once, but in 2-4-week intervals

    Benefits
    • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (basic)
    • OTE: £65,000 - £70,000
    • Travel: Travel expenses covered, accommodation, and travel card or car allowance provided.
