Job Description

As an IT Quality Assurance and Compliance Analyst, you'll execute quality audits, provide performance coaching, and ensure compliance with IT operations standards. You'll lead process improvements, analyze data for root causes, and contribute to continuous innovation across the IT division.

The Qualifications We Seek

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant IT Quality Assurance experience (preferred)
  • At least 2 years in a medium to large enterprise environment
  • 2+ years of experience with ITSM Ticketing systems (advantageous)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Advanced MS Excel functions and features
  • Power BI knowledge is a plus
  • Advanced certifications in IT disciplines are advantageous

Your Daily Tasks

Quality Management

  • Execute the IT Quality Audit Program through accurate and representative audits of ITSM tickets and support channels
  • Manage workload to meet deadlines for quality audit activities
  • Provide consistent weekly feedback and one-on-one coaching to IT analysts/engineers
  • Analyze audit data to identify repeat findings and implement corrective action plans
  • Lead or support efficiency initiatives such as automation or AI adoption

IT Compliance

  • Support compliance initiatives ensuring adherence to IT operations SLAs, client contractual obligations, and IT governance frameworks
  • Monitor and report on compliance status, issues, and recommended actions to senior IT management

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative or non-administrative tasks as assigned by company representatives
