IT Support Engineer

Breedon Group is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to work within our rapidly growing business.

As a IT Support Engineer you will provide remote and onsite support to users across the Group. You will also be providing both desk side and remote support to the company's users across several locations. You will be required to resolve LAN and WAN issues, troubleshoot PC related problems, support & troubleshoot land line and mobile communications. A good working knowledge of Windows server platforms is essential along with a good understanding of server and desktop hardware. You will have experience in Office 365 & Windows 10. Ideally you will also have experience in IP networking & routing, supporting DHCP & DNS and Wi-Fi technologies.

A driving licence is essential as travel will be required. You should be flexible in your approach to work and be able to remain calm under pressure with excellent communication skills and a genuine and keen interest in IT. Previous experience in and IT based role is essential.
