As an IT Support Technician you will provide support to learners and staff.
Who are we looking for………
You will have a calm, patient and flexible approach with previous experience of providing support to large organisations in a learning environment.
You will be educated with a level 2 qualification in English and Maths at grade C or above.
You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to develop a rapport as a responsible and trustworthy role model for learners to support them to fulfil their potential.
