Protocol are proud to be working alongside an excellent college based in Windsor! They are currently seeking a IT Technician on a temporary basis.

Role responsibilities
-Responsible for 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line support to end users on all IT/AV related issues.
-Maintain all IT/AV/Printing devices including PCs running recent Windows Operating Systems like Windows 7/8/10, Printers and Servers running Windows 2008 and 2012.
-Install, test, configure and maintain all devices, both hardware and software.
-Manage and support all College IT services (hardware and software) including asset information, documentation and stock control inventory.
-Responsible for delivering all IT services within remit of role to remote and community centres.
The person & qualifications
-Strong knowledge and experience in the field of IT
-A DBS on the update service
