Key Responsibilities:
- To Ensure phone systems are operational and available to customers and end users.
- To create and develop Call Statistic information including wallboards when requested by relevant parts of the business and work with key stakeholders to achieve this.
- To maintain the companies Auto Attendant system making changes when required.
- To liaise with regional managers or site managers when creating Auto Attendants and to visit sites so that they are getting exactly what they are requesting and tested.
- To fully own the porting of numbers and work with partners to achieve successful number ports.
- To set up and Maintain Cisco Phone system including Jabber.
- To ensure hunt groups are set up correctly and function to end users' requirements.
- To communicate with suppliers to get reasonable resolutions times for major incidents.
- To maintain mobile phone list and who is allocated to what number, monitor usage via appropriate reports
- To take full ownership of the landline estate.
- Work closely when required with all members of the IT team across the group.
- Proactively support company compliance to Health and Safety legislation through adherence to company polices, processes and practices.
- Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by management.
Essential Skills Required:
- Basic experience or understanding in VOIP phone technologies and mobiles
- Ability to prioritise workload, flexible in approach to problems and use own initiative to achieve results.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Professionalism and confidence at all times.
