I am currently working with a sub-contractor to appoint a Multi Trades Joiner in Gateshead, working on a social housing contract.
This work would be to carry out both responsive repairs and maintenance and void property work. They are looking for time served Joiners, who can turn their hand to other basic trades in a 'Multi Skilled' role (basic plaster patching/ plumbing ect that needs completing in properties as and when required).
Candidates must have their skilled CSCS Card and their own van. It would also be desirable if candidates had came from a Social housing background.
This is long term, ongoing work for 40 hours per week at £16.50 per hour.
