JOB DESCRIPTION:
Joiner required for a large maintenance company that specialises in housing. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking Joiner to join the team covering the Manchester area on a mobile basis. The role will come with a van.
This Joiner role will be contract with the view to going permanent, 40 hours a week 8am - 430pm, Monday-Friday.
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Maintenance to domestic properties
?Ceiling and Floor Joists
?Stud work and partition walls
?Doors and door casing
?Repairing window frames
?Renew kitchen units
Requirements for the role
?Competent in all aspects of Joinery
?Background of joinery and carpentry
?Qualified Joiner
?Driving License
