Daniel Owen Ltd require Joiners to start on 28/02/22 for restoration work to be carried out on an Old Victorian Mansion in the Helensburgh area. This is the only job of it's kind in the UK, The work will be due to finish around September 2023 and will entail: traditional trusses, stripping, fascias & soffits, reinstatement of walls and ceilings.
Rate of pay is £19.50/h, however an additional hour will be added to timesheet each day making the hourly rate equivelant to £21.94/h.
Requirements:
- Qualified Joiner
- Experience with refurb/restoration works
- CSCS Card
- Drivers license preferred (remote)
- Reference
