I am looking to recruit a Joiner into a leading Housing Association to work out of my clients Sheffield office and cover primarily their void property portfolio in the surrounding areas.
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who can work in both void and occupied properties. Work will be across voids for the most part but candidates should be happy to work across both contracts as and when required.
Must have skilled CSCS Card and demonstrable experience in the industry with references to mirror this. Must have a full, valid, UK Driving licence and work will require candidates driving from property to property. A van will be provided.
