I am looking to appoint a time served Joiner on to an ongoing long term contract with a local subcontractor.
My client has a range of different social housing contracts across the North East and is looking to appoint a Joiner to join their team. MUST be time served in their trade and MUST have skilled CSCS Card. MUST be able to drive. MUST be able to pass a DBS check (this will be paid for by the client on acceptance of an offer).
My client has went through a period of growth, and has more projects in the pipeline, so cannot express enough how good of an opportunity this is for the right candidate in terms of longevity of the project.
Successful candidates will be working in a team of three (with another Joiner and a Tiler) in both occupied and void properties. Must be able and confident to carry out all aspects of Joinery including domestic Fire Doors and floor tiles.
We are looking to host informal chats/interviews as early as Friday 30th, with the aim to start week commencing 2nd November.
