Position: Junior Accounts
Location: Dublin
Salary: Neg DOE
On behalf of our Dublin based client, Elk Recruitment is looking for a Junior Accounts Administrator to join a reputable consultancy firm in Dublin. The position of Accounts administrator within the company is one of strategic importance and would suit career orientated individuals seeking to progress their career.
Suitable candidates will be confident working within a busy environment and will be experienced within the following:
- Preparing accounts and bookkeeping, familiar with a number of account packages such as Sage 1000, Maximizer CRM
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel
- Completing everyday office administration tasks
- Experience processing Debtors and Creditors ledgers, bank and client receipts, payments and reconciliations, payroll and commissions.
- Strong communication, time management and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and under pressure
