Junior Architectural Technician Job in Westerham, Kent

Junior Architectural Technician job now available, with a multidisciplinary practice based in Kent. This role would suit a Junior or Graduate Architectural Technician looking for a role offering progression and varied projects.

Established over 30 years ago has 3 large offices based across the UK and is made up of a dynamic team of Architects, Technologists, Landscape Architects, Urban Designers, and Interior Designers with the sole goal of designing and delivering quality buildings. The firm has built a diverse portfolio of work in a range of project sectors including education, mixed-use, commercial, residential, and retail; and due to the continued success and organic growth of the studio, they are now seeking to recruit a talented Junior Architectural Technician as part their of long-term, strategic planning and continued success.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working directly under the Senior Technician
  • Production of Technical drawing packages
  • Working with ArchiCAD and Sketchup on a daily basis
  • Support in the development of the BIM model
  • Assist with the preparation of NBS specifications.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Educated as an Architectural technician
  • Understanding of UK building regulations
  • Experience in using ArchiCAD would be highly beneficial, but training will be offered
  • Due to the office location, you will need your own transport.
  • Be located within one hour commute of the business.
