We have a new role for a Junior Architectural Technician to join an established practice in Kent in a role that's will offer large-scale projects and career development.
Established over 30 years ago has 3 large offices based across the UK and is made up of a dynamic team of Architects, Technologists, Landscape Architects, Urban Designers and Interior Designers with the sole goal of designing and delivering quality buildings. The firm has built a diverse portfolio of work in a range of project sectors including education, mixed-use, commercial, residential and retail; and due to the continued success and organic growth of the studio, they are now seeking to recruit a talented Junior Architectural Technician as part their of long-term, strategic planning and continued success.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and present detailed design proposals
- Production Technical drawing packages
- Working with ArchiCAD and Sketchup on a daily basis
- Support in the development of the BIM model
- Assist with the preparation of NBS specifications
- Attend site meetings
Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
- Possess a minimum of 2 years UK project experience
- Experience in using ArchiCAD would be highly beneficial -Due to the office location, you will need your own transport.
