Job Title: Junior Estimator
Location: East Kent

Salary:c.£18,000

** Are you looking for a trainee or entry level role in construction?

Our client is looking for a Junior Timber Frame Estimator to join a small team within a thriving timber engineering company. You will be learning and developing yourself to become a Timber Frame Estimator with the aim of progressing into the Design department.

Your projects could range from one-off bespoke residential projects to some large developments. This key role will see you raising costs for projects, dealing directly with clients and working very closely with design and manufacturing teams within the business.

What will you need for this role?

  • HNC/HND or Degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential
  • A good level of computer skills is essential
  • Experience with AutoCAD is preferred
  • Good numerical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
