Dove and Hawk are working with a well-established agency based in Central London. They are on the hunt for a Lettings Negotiator to join their family feel office! They are happy to consider little to no experience!

Responsibilities:


  • Daily management of tenants and actively searching for new properties

  • Arranging, organising, and conducting viewings

  • Negotiating offers and ensuring the best outcome is agreed for the client

  • Relationship building with tenants and clients

  • Achieving monthly and yearly targets


Requirements:


  • No experience required!

  • No Driving Licence Required

  • Personable and hungry individual.



Basic: £18,000-£20,000 basic, £40,000 OTE

Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am-6.00pm - Saturdays by appointment ONLY, 10.00-2.00pm.
