Junior M&E Project Manager

A specialist M&E building services maintenance and projects contractor based in Central London with projects in commercial offices, health care, educational, and data centres are currently looking for an M&E background Junior Project Manager or supervisor based in Hertfordshire to oversee the projects in a Data Centre. This role would be perfect for someone looking to move into management from tools.


The role will require the:

  • Junior M&E Project Manager/Supervisor will Lead and manage the coordination of all Subcontractors works on site via CAFM protocols/reports
  • Junior M&E Project Manager/Supervisor will Responsible for Quoting of works on site and assisting with technical requirements
  • Junior M&E Project Manager/Supervisor to be overseeing works are carried out correctly and ensuring high standards of health & safety and quality are always adhered to
  • Junior M&E Project Manager/Supervisor will Produce method statements, risk assessments where required and review those of our supply chain
  • Junior M&E Project Manager/Supervisor to Attend site management + Hard FM meetings
  • Junior M&E Project Manager/Supervisor will review WIP ensuring all works are completed to company and client time frames
  • Junior M&E Project Manager/Supervisor will be first point of contact for the Client
  • Junior M&E Project Manager/Supervisor will be supported and trained in areas needed
  • Junior M&E Project Manager/Supervisor will benefit from 25 days holiday + bank + package


As the successful Site Manager, you will need the following skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Junior Project Manager/Supervisor will ideally have Data Centre Project Experience.
  • Junior Project Manager/Supervisor will have experience overseeing and managing different technical trades
  • Junior Project Manager/Supervisor would benefit from having SSSTS, IOSH and NEBOSH however not essential
  • Junior Project Manager/Supervisor will be paid £40k-£50k subject to experience
  • Junior Project Manager/Supervisor will have a technical background M or E
  • Junior Project Manager/Supervisor will live within easy access to Hemel Hempstead

Junior Project Manager/Supervisor will be paid: - up to £50K basic subject to experience
