Job DescriptionThe
Junior Product Manager supports product management team for assigned products in the development, launch, and lifecycle management of products within the company's portfolio. This role is central to the organization and requires working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, brand, sales, data management, and supply chain.

The Qualifications We Seek
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Required Experience
2-5 years of experience in marketing, including data analytics
Other Required Qualifications
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and across departments
Ability to effectively and proactively manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including:
Excel (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
PowerPoint
Your Daily Tasks
Manage product lifecycle for assigned products across channels in the US, Canada, and the UK.
Collect information from vendors and product managers for item setup, including product attributes such as weight, dimensions, cost, images, substitutions, and discontinuations with assigned reason codes.
Perform system updates in NetSuite to ensure item master data accuracy.
Run sales and profit reports using Profit Optics and maintain the PIM tool on a weekly basis.
Execute go-to-market initiatives for new and focus products, including developing product literature, updating website content, creating PowerPoint slides, and assembling launch packets.
Update website content on a weekly basis.
Track key metrics including monthly product sales, gross profit performance vs. target, and discontinuation reporting.
Monitor weekly project timelines and measure standardization success through data analysis.
Identify item substitutes for discontinued products and analyze product performance using sales data.
Generate actionable insights from reporting tools such as Profit Optics and BI Tool.
Assist the sales team daily by answering product-related inquiries using the company website, ERP (NetSuite), or by coordinating with sourcing, brand teams, or vendors.
Provide complete cross-reference lists for sales and national accounts by identifying suitable alternatives to competitive items.
Support product managers with reporting, product information, and data analysis to help develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
Conduct market and competitor research through online searches, sales team feedback, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including segment marketing, digital marketing, brand, data management, finance, and sourcing to ensure timely project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve KPIs such as:
- Grow new product sales as a percentage of overall sales for the assigned category.
- Achieve growth initiative timelines and revenue goals for assigned categories.
- Respond to sales inquiries within 24 hours.
- Complete cross-references within project timelines.
- Execute weekly IDSC (discontinue/substitution) processes.
- Complete New Product Introductions (NPIs) and other onboarding activities within agreed timelines.
Perform other duties as assigned
