Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and estimates.
- Support in managing project costs from initial estimates through to final accounts.
- Collaborate with senior quantity surveyors on contract administration and procurement processes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
- Help in preparing valuations and processing payments to subcontractors.
- Assist in the assessment and negotiation of variations and change orders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support in compiling reports and cost forecasts for senior management.
