Junior Property & Accounts Administrator - Harrow - £28,000

My client, a growing property business with an expanding portfolio of residential and commercial developments are seeking a junior property and accounts administrator to support the accounts and property management teams in the day-to-day running of the business, helping ensure smooth financial operations and efficient property administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the accounts team with bookkeeping tasks, invoice processing, and reconciliations
  • Supporting property management operations, including maintaining records and databases
  • Using internal systems to categorise, track, and progress business-critical deals and developments
  • Preparing and updating reports, schedules, and spreadsheets
  • Liaising with contractors, tenants, and clients
  • Supporting compliance, documentation, and audit processes

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience (property or accounts experience beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good numeracy and IT skills (Excel and general accounting or CRM software experience an advantage)
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
