Junior Property Manager Job in North Finchley, London

Junior Property Manager job working for an award-winning luxury property developer for their office in North London. Our client is looking to speak to Property Managers who have experience in overseeing residential and commercial portfolios. This role is offering a salary up to £28,000.

Our client is an international award-winning luxury developer that build niche projects throughout 4 regions in the UK. They are now looking for a Junior Property Manager, the successful candidate will be overseeing a portfolio of 15 properties and reporting into the Property Project Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Dealing with residents in an efficient manner
  • Typing and organising reports
  • Booking in contractors for specific works
  • Booking in slots for safety works
  • Provide support for management team and other departments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Property Management
  • IT literate
  • Knowledge of the North London area
  • Full UK Driving License is preferable.
