Junior Quantity Surveyor / Enfield / up to £21ph
A maintenance and refurbishment company that works mainly on social housing are looking for a junior QS. This opportunity is for anyone who wants to progress their career in construction and has experience working as a site supervisor. The junior QS will be working in Enfield. The junior QS will be on up to £21ph (negotiable). The junior QS will be working on a self-employed basis with ongoing work. The junior QS must have SSSTS, CSCS and supervisory experience. The junior QS will attend an interview before Christmas looking to start full-time work in the New Year.
The successful junior QS will be:
- Junior QS will be working for a refurb and maintenance company
- Junior QS will want to progress their career in construction
- Junior QS will be working in Enfield
- Junior QS will be on up to £21ph
- Junior QS will be working on a self-employed basis
- Junior QS will have ongoing work
- Junior QS will attend an interview before Christmas
- Junior QS will be starting full-time work in the New Year
To qualify for this position as a junior QS:
- Junior QS must have a valid SSSTS
- Junior QS must have a valid CSCS
- Junior QS must have supervisory experience
