Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor
Sector: Offsite Construction
Location: South East
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + Package

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading modular building contractors in the UK. Our client is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. You will be based in their offices in the South East and will assist the Quantity Surveyors with site visits as required across the region.

You will be working within a very tight-knit team who will support you throughout and with real opportunitys for progression.


The successful candidates' skills and/or qualifications:

  • Completing a degree, HND or HNC or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
  • Be aware of JCT and NEC Contracts
  • MS Word and ES Excel experience
  • New build experience desirable with a main contractor
