Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyors are required to join this well recognised company to assist in managing assigned project budgets and forecasts across a diverse range of sectors. You can expect a varied role working across projects for Schools, Housing, Student Accommodation and Healthcare.
The Role:
- To proactively coordinate the commercial and contractual risk of assigned projects
- To develop and manage assigned project budgets and forecasts to ensure the financial control and profitability of allocated contracts
- To continuously deliver and improve the customer experience throughout each project to ensure high levels of repeat business
The Requirements:
- Academic experience within construction
- A can-do and proactive attitude to your work
- A team player
- Based in the West Midlands
- 1+ years experience wihtin a QS role
