Summary
Gleeson Homes have an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join our fast-paced Area Office team providing key administrative support and being the face of the business for any visitors.

Main Responsibilities
- Answer all calls and respond professionally and or forward to the required person
- Ensure the signing in log is always prepped for the following day/week
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
- Ensure the office printers are stocked with paper and check ink levels
- Check the printers are not left with printouts waiting to be collected
- Date stamp & distribute the morning post
- Frank the evening post/leave in reception for 4pm collection
- Organisation of Buffets for events
- Paper towels are checked & replenished throughout the day, in bathrooms and kitchen areas
- Check bathrooms have a stock of loo roll and hand cleaning liquid
- Ensure all office operatives are maintaining a clean desk space
- Check the kitchen stocks of tea, coffee, sugar & milk daily
- Ensure the fridge is cleared out of unused/out of date food every Friday pm
- Monitor and replenish stationary stocks
- Storage areas are kept in order and tidy
- Ensure all window blinds are open each day
- Ensure all storage cupboards are closed at the end of the day
- Prepare all 12-month anniversary cards
- Manage the office staff birthday cards
- Maintain the office brew list
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working as a receptionist in a professional working environment
- Used to working in a fast-paced office environment
- Administrative experience essential
- Organisational skills
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills and a good knowledge of Word & Excel
