Basic to £60,000 plus Car, Pension, Mobile and Laptop
Reading, Swindon, Bristol, Cardiff, Gloucester, Birmingham, Leicester, London, Leeds, Manchester and Hull

* No cold calling - all warm leads and portal enquiries from Frameworks / repeat business

* 60% Education, some MOD / Health / Custodial and General Offices

If you have had a strong technical grounding in modular buildings, can demonstrate good commercial acumen gained within a client facing environment and would enjoy following up warm leads and portal enquiries from Frameworks please read on.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a modular building sales person who is used to handling high value permanent modular building sales and would like to work on very warm leads within an environment that nurtures its employees.

You will be responding to portal driven enquiries, warm leads and cultivating existing relationships with councils, local education authorities, the MOD, Health Service, Main Contractors and large corporate businesses requiring substantial permanent modular building with typical order values of between £250,000 to £3,000,000 across the UK (two positions available).

Working as either a Principal Contractor or as a specialist sub-contractor / building manufacturer you will have the back up of strong managerial, estimating / design and construction teams within a friendly environment where there is little churn of personnel. These are two newly created positions based on the ever increasing demand for permanent modular buildings.

In order to secure an interview for this exciting opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following:

* A strong background in modular buildings
* An ability to demonstrate strong commercial and business acumen
* Preferably sales but we are also interested in talking to people who have not necessarily sold but have been client facing (Commercial Managers / Bid Managers / Framework Managers) who have the technical grounding in modular buildings

In return our client offers a basic salary of up to £60,000 (naturally dependent on experience but expected to lie between £50,000 and £60,000per annum), a company car, contributory pension, mobile and lap top.
