Job Title: Commercial Demolition/Strip Out Labourer

Salary: £14.65 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the demolition and strip-out of commercial buildings.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools as instructed.
  • Remove debris and materials from job sites.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hard hat, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility vest.
  • Previous experience in construction or demolition preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks.
