We are recruiting for an experienced Labourer to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team on a local housing contract.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking general labouring duties on tenanted and void properties
- Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken
- Working in partnership with other operatives to complete certain tasks
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Green CSCS Card
- Level 1 Health & Safety in Construction Skills
