Labourer - Property Services

Job Type: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Kingston

Salary: £15 per hour.

A Labourers required, working for a local social housing contractor. The Labourer role will involve assisting trades people carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

Daily responsibilities of a Labourer are:

• Assisting trades people carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Driving the van

Requirements of a Labourer:

• Must have a full UK driving licence
• Must have previous social housing experience
• Must have a CSCS card

Benefits for the Labourer role:

• No weekend work
• Monday to Friday 08.00am-17.00pm
• Van and fuel card supplied
